Kumquat Chili Sour
Yield: 1 Drink
2 oz Gin
3 Thai Chilis (sliced, 1 whole for rim garnish)
4 Kumquats (sliced, 1 half for rim garnish)
2 oz Sweet & Sour
Splash Orange Bitters
Slice kumquats and chilis thinly. Add to a cocktail shaker with gin. Muddle, then add the rest of the ingredients and shake. Pour into a glass.
Garnish with Tiny Veggies™ Radish, a Thai chili and a kumquat wheel. Float Radish Flowers on top.
