Gourmet Sweet Botanicals Jasmine Flowers

Ingredients:

1 pkg Petite Basil Thai 4 oz

1 pkg Jasmine Flowers 50 ct

2 oz Vodka
1 oz Lychee Syrup from can
1 Lychee Wedge for rim garnish
1 oz Yuzu Juice
Splash Soda Water

Ice


​Directions:

Pick Basil leaves off stems, leave some Petites untouched for garnish. In a cocktail shaker, add yuzu, basil leaves and muddle. Add vodka, lychee syrup, ice and shake. Pour into a glass, top with soda water.


Garnish with Petite Basil Thai, a piece of lychee and a lemon wedge. Float Jasmine Flowers on top.
