What are your shipping days, delivery days, shipping options? Do you ship to my area?
We ship all over the US and to Canada via overnight service. Please include your desired delivery date, in the Delivery Date/Special Instructions Box at check out, and we will process the order accordingly.
We ship Tuesday-Friday for delivery Wednesday-**Saturday.
For next day delivery, we must receive your order by 11:00 AM PST.
**Saturday delivery is available to non-rural areas and has an ETA of 12pm.
We do not deliver on Sundays, Mondays, or Tuesdays.

FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day Air (*Morning delivery)
FedEx Standard Overnight or UPS Next Day Air Saver (*Afternoon delivery)
*Please refer to FedEx and UPS sites for accurate delivery times.
Please note: We are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes, we need a physical address.
This option is available for orders consisting solely of items from our shelf-stable Herb, Flower, and Fruit Crystal line. Please select the cheapest shipping option, write in the "special instructions" box that you would like 3-day shipping and we will adjust accordingly.
We can only ship to Canada Tuesday & Wednesday to account for any customs delays.
Shipments are sent overnight, however delivery may take 1-2 business days. If you decide to proceed with an order, we are not responsible for how the product arrives or if it is held by customs or damaged in transit. The purchase is at your own risk, and we will not issue any refunds or credits. Please include your phone number at check out for customs, we will not be able to ship without a phone number, as it must be included on the shipping label.
We have sent shipments to Aruba, Australia, and Hong Kong, but the product does not hold up.
Shipping to places like these, takes 3-7 business days, the product does not make the trip, and arrives wilted. If customs holds the order for inspection, it could take even longer. Shipping without fees can range from $80-$200 per small box. If you are interested in placing an order for overseas delivery, please contact us first by email. If you decide to proceed with an order, we are not responsible for how the product arrives or if it is lost in transit. The purchase is at your own risk, and we will not issue any refunds or credits.
