Squash Blossom and Basil Pizza
Servings: 2 individual pizzas  
1 package Squash Blossoms with Zucchini
1 packagePetite Basil Italian - minced
2 Pizza crusts (small)
1 package sliced Mozzarella

Marinara Sauce:
1 can (28-ounces) whole peeled tomatoes, in juice
1 white onion - minced
1 clove garlic - minced
4 fresh basil leaves
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt, Pepper to taste
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp olive oil, to saute

Marinara sauce: Empty the contents of the tomato can in a mixing bowl and coarsely crush the tomatoes with a fork, leaving them a little chunky. In a medium pot, add olive oil, let heat. Add the onions and saute until slightly translucent. Add the garlic and saute until golden.
Add the crushed tomatoes to the mix. Stir and bring to a simmer. Add sugar. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and add the fresh basil and oregano. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread marinara sauce on pizza. Add sliced mozzarella. Cut zucchini off flowers. Lay out Squash Flowers on pizza.
Slice Zucchini and add to pizza. Bake until done. Top with minced Basil.
